Who We Are

The Afghanistan Mining Network (A.M.N) is a volunteer‑led, non‑profit network of mining engineers, economists, lawyers, and allied professionals dedicated to a socially, environmentally, and economically responsible mining sector in Afghanistan.

We contribute to safer production, fight corruption, provide technical consultation, support investment, and promote globally accepted best practices. AMN is not currently registered with any national or international authority and follows general NGO guidelines. Current leadership is by selection, with a mandate to enable elections for governing bodies.

We host workshops, trainings, seminars, and discussions, and publish the free bi‑monthly Afghan Mining Journal for registered members.
